I do purchase a lot of products from Flipkart and have never faced such issue with returns. System says that there is high number of returns from the account. Yes, it will be because i have a lot number of orders done, so return rate will be a bit higher. Dont they see the amount of net purchases done ?
I am not being allowed to create return for products which is not proper and has severe quality issues. Ordered 22 items out of which 9 needs to be returned. Flipkart is rejecting my return requests and not accepting it.
