I am using Airtel network bearing postpaid mobile number 9702096999.Yesterday i.e. 11th July 2019, I have recharged Rs98/- (6Gb internet plan for 28 Days) by mistakenly to my postpaid number.Later again I have recharged right number to one of my friend.
Now, I was trying to reach Airtel Customer care on 121 /111 toll free numbers which I was trying since half an hour.The call was getting connected and later it was getting dropped automatically.The service was pathetic.
Adding to the above issue , the network and the service is too bad to continue.Please take some action on the service provider due to the reckless attitude towards customers.Image Uploaded by V Sudharsan:
