AIRTEL’s promise of best network and services are fake. There’s a network issue in my office area at Fort, Mumbai, for which I want to register a complaint. But guess what? Airtel has cunningly not kept the Option ‘9’ (Talk to an executive). I tried all their Helpline Numbers: 121, 198, 9892098920. And none them give me the option to dial ‘9’ and connect to their customer care executives. Airtel should understand that there are somethings only human interface can solve. Maybe the level of complaints went so high that Airtel has decided to just not TALK to its customers? Or the executives themselves are fed up of giving false assurances to customers that they have all Quit? Be responsible Airtel or your days are numbered.
