Text of Complaint by Pradip kodam:

I had purchased a Mi 4A Horizon Edition 108 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV from Flipkart on 01/11/2021. (Order ID – OD123243231942263000) along with Complete appliance protection (3 years) having Guaranteed exchange value within 3 years of purchase of the Covered Product.

I am facing an issue with “Guaranteed exchange offer” Written in attached policy doc. & in trailing mail.

In the policy document, it is mentioned that, To avail the exchange value, at the time of purchase of your next Television, you simply opt for ‘Claim Exchange’ on the product page and the discount will be applied for the Television you are purchasing.

Today, as on 06th oct 2023, I am not showing a claim buyback offer on any TV product page on flipkart.

PFA invoice copy, policy document copy, screenshot of product where offer is not reflecting.

Please do needful at the earliest to credit the buyback offer back to my flipkart account.

Pls. Raise a request/complaint immediately.
