recharged my number on 28th January 2022, morning. The recharge plan that I opted for Rs. 699/- includes Amazon Prime Membership for 56 days. Now, after recharge when I am trying to activate the Prime Membership, Airtel is not allowing it. I had sent complaints but absolutely no response. So I called them in 121. After numerous calls and waiting for long long time finally I could talk to to Customer Care Executive , but they are not at all supportive. They told I had not activated. I told that is the problem I am not being able to activate. At first they didn’t accept that it was not getting activated. Atlast they told me that the problem is from Amazon’s side. When I called Amazon Prime Customer Service, they told me to ask Airtel for 32 digits alphanumeric Partner Id, with the help of which Prime Customer Service people can activate the service. But Airtel guys told me without activation they cannot give me that Id. I told I cannot activate. They have been telling me they will look into the matter. But useless.
I am feeling helpless, guys please support me to raise this issue.
