I have booked one sony camera for Rs. 87990/- on 141/23 and the delivery date was 22nd Jan. 23. Since the item was not available for delivery, you changed the date to 26th Jan. In the meantime I booked another one on 25th. On 26th you changed the delivery date to 31/1 and then to 4/2, to 10/2, to 14/2 without any valid reason. During this period, as i got the second item on 30/1, i tried to cancel my order. But due to reason known to them, the cancellation was not allowed. Then i contacted the customer care various dates and also talked to the service persons also. But, they are also helpless. Since a huge amount was hold by you for a long period without any valid reason, and i dont want the product as you failed to deliver it on time, make immediate arrangement to refund the full amount along with a reasonable compensation
