I had booked an Airticket through TravelGenio.I also took Refund Insurance. But due to emergency, I have to cancel or modify my travel dates. Neither they are cancelling my ticket nor they are helping me to modify my travel dates. Extra Money which I Paid for refund insurance also vent in vain. There is no contact number. And through mail, they have scripted answers.
In Short,it is a Fraud Company and all the people working in the company wil rot in hell.
