Text of Complaint by Jayashri Bairagi:

Sir Dhani is charging me extra money on their app, If I call to customer care they said “You should pay as per the app, and which app is showing, no other option you have”
Everytime when I paid the certain amt, It showing me on another 2/3 days as a due amt, and subscription free they charge every month and recent month I paid subscription fee on 24th but again they showing me subscription fee within 5 days, they are looting the poor people as I think, please look into the matter, Urgently humble request..
