I have booked Air India flight through MakeMytrip. I am trying to cancel the booking but they do not have an option to do so. If the flight is not canceled without 24 hours there will be cancellation fee. The worst part is I am not able to speak to any customer care representative regarding cancellation. While trying to cancel online it do not have an direct option to cancel and get the refund. I have attached the screenshot. The website is misleading the customers stating that the cancellation is available but once booked, we cannot find it. It has option to cancel only if the airline has canceled the ticket.
