Dear Sir/madam
I have make a recharge of amount Rs-155 through the Airtel thanks app.
Money from my account has been deducted but recharge has not been reflected.
I have many times try to call customer care but unable to connect.
Airtel is very big brand it has open option for recharge from many sources but there are no any option to connect customer care executive.
This is prepaid service after pay money there are no option for complaint registration.
Where I have go for complaint registration ?
Airtel office of Airtel store.
If online option is available for recharge
Why not online solution is available for solve customer problem.
Most important points is here that what is mistake from users.
They are using this service therefore they are facing the problem or any other.
I want to know?
