Dear Sir/Madam,
My Jio No is 8892015860. I have been using internet service via this connection no. Recently I am unable to access certain websites. I tried by putting this sim card in other handsets and the result is same. I tried in my dongle and run in my laptop. There was no change in the functioning. So it means that problem is not associated to the hardware sets, rather this is a problem related to the internet service provider which is Jio in my case.
I am paying the price for the service. But how Jio can stop my right without any ground justifying the reason of stop? This is my complain which I need to be solved immediately and I would be given the complete access by jio.
Otherwise if I continue this service, then definitely I am wasting my money without getting the desired service. It is better to move for the other service providers in the market.
