The top-up balance in jio numbers cannot be used, it cannot be used to make calls or even send an sms. Most of the customers have atleast 50 rupees balance which remains there and even if we want to send an sms, a plan must be recharged for 128 rupees. why cant we use the balance and pay for the sms as done earlier like re.1 for 1 sms.
