Text of Complaint by Gargi:

Raised multiple tickets with PayU since 26th September 2022 itself but neither any response nor any effort to refund the amount has been made in this 1 month. Please prohibit all such companies after doing justice to the victims as consumers who pay through trusted Apps or services.
