This is in regard to my booking with the below order number. MP0YA8.
I booked a premium economy class returns tickets for my parents from CCU to London using uk.mytrip.com only to realise that they have downgraded my booking to economy class.
They charged me premium economy prices which were significantly higher than economy and my parents had to fly economy class from CCU to London. Now their return flights are on 29th of Feb and even though I am calling them every single day I am not getting any response from them other than the same line by everyone “Our respective department is already looking for a solution. They will contact you back as soon as they have an update. I am sorry, but at the moment I am not able to provide more information”. The premium economy seats are available but they are not ready to upgrade it nor are they saying anything about refund that they need to issue to me as my parents flow economy class from CCU to London
They even disconnected my chat midway while I was speaking with them which was very insulting.
I dont think they will be doing anything about this and it is really unfortunate that I had to go through this
My parents are flying from CCU to London had booked premium economy tickets but I was provided economy class tickets. I contacted Vistara airlines and they said that the booking that came from mytrip uk was economy value and when I called your customer services, they have not done anything about it. The only thing they are saying is now it is with the airline so they cannot do anything about it
This is really really concerning as I do not want my parents to fly economy class tomorrow just because of the fault on your part. I am seriously concerned about the mistake that has been made on your part and please do something about it to upgrade my flight on 10th Feb from Economy to premium/business clasess. This is really disappointing and is causing a lot of mental anxiety to me with my parents having to face this.
