He had told me he’ll give me a uc for a sum of 800 Rs. He said he’ll give you uc once I pay him. And it’s been a day since I paid him and he is still not giving the uc and telling there is no pack of 800 and pay 1600 .When I ask him to refund my money he is not refunding it back.
