Text of Complaint by Ankur Jindal:

I today placed an order on Uber eats with Order #EC013 at 2:19 pm today. The estimated delivery time for my order was 3:05pm and the maximum time for delivery was 3:35 pm. The order came in at 4:00. I tried contacting the delivery boy, who ofcourse was not bothered that my order has been delayed due to his very casual approach. On asking him on when I will receive my order, I could hear a grin and then he asked me whether I want the order not? The worst part about this scenario is that there is no email id or customer care number available any where on the internet.

A company like Ubereats should not be allowed to operate in India if there cannot provide basic contact information to their customers. It seems like a scam.

I would have cancelled the order if it was cash on delivery, but as I had already paid for it, I knew Ubereats would for no reason decide to deduct money.

 

Highly unprofessional service. The government should bar such companies from operating as they do not exist physically but only virtually.
