So today i took a trip with driver name- NIRMAL KUMAR, License Plate: TN22CE5391, phone no.- 9176975530 from chennai to pondicherry ,the uber payment was Rs. 5893 but he asked to pay Rs. 6800 total though we paid the toll fare extra but after that also he took 1000 rupees extra from us by saying that we will get a receipt from uber for that extra 1000 rupees but when i contacted to uber customer support they told us that they cannot be of any help because it is my fault that their driver scammed me and i didnt asked for bill before hand. I just cannot believe like uber customer support is so poor they didnt gave me any solution even i asked them to connect with the driver and give me a resolution but they didnt they deny from any help.
Now i dont know what to do but the uber driver scammed me of Rs.1000 and even though i reported the company they didnt took any action against it.
