I have taken a ride on 23 Rd August from Chennai to pondicherry in uber. The fare was 2949.34 /- . The driver told me that he need extra 800 so I agreed to pay him extra 800 total 3700. But after reaching pondicherry the driver harrassed me for and started yelling at me and charged me extra 1100/-. All total I had to pay 4000 to that driver since being a lady I was not in a position to fight with him at night. I complaint the same in uber they reversed 1100/- in uber wallet but due to their technical fault y trip remained unpaid i.e 2949.34/-. When I again complaint they adjusted their technical fault by debiting my uber wallet. How can agent debit my uber wallet account. Uber is not reversing my 1100/- which the driver has taken from me. I have paid 1500 /- for filling petrol in his car in petrol pump through cash as he told me that he do not have any cash. Then I had to pay 2500 through phonepe I am attaching screenshot. Please take this matter seriously. And take a strict action against uber india
