Hello ,
So I booked a cab (Uber) for my sister at night for Sunday Morning 5:15-5:30. Estimated fare was 190-249.
My sister in the morning boarded the cab at 5:36 to from Tagore park to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Driver asked for 482 rupees. My sister couldn’t reach me so she paid the amount.
When I next checked the ride shows as cancelled when it most definitely wasn’t. On top of it , it still shows I have to pay 42 as the cancellation fee.
Neither Did I cancel the ride on top of it I paid 300 extra to Driver. Uber is not willing to accept that this happend. All they say is they can’t find this trip.
i would like assitance on this and if required file a complaint against Uber and the Driver.
