The actual process of Airtel to secure a VIP special number takes 24 hours. Its been over 2 weeks since we submitted our documents and request for a VIP Corporate Number alongwith additional 3 corporate mobile numbers. The representatives have collected the documents and has not responded since then. The service is so poor! The team has absolutely no interest in servicing the client. We have followed up day in and out multiple times in vain.
Our company is currently using 20 landline connections from Airtel under corporate account. This request was made under the same account. The VIP special number is required for linking company IVR. All marketing plans of the company are on hold because of Airtel’s inability to provide the number. Our business is facing serious setbacks because of the delay.
We have even approved upto 10000 INR premium for the number. Absolutely poor service by the team. They are extremely disinterested in servicing coprorate accounts. We are fed up with the service.
