I had taken tyto cash loan from the mobile app. This is 19th time i have taken the loan. My due date was 11th of September 2022. I have paid the full closing loan amount on 10th of September itself in the application only. But after the payment it as been not closed in the application. I have been trying to call there customer number no response from there. I have sent mail to their company email addresse also twice with the proof of payment no reply from their side. Now in the application it is showing overdue and there starting penalty amount also. I request u to help me in closing the loan. Thank u

Applied loan on 6th September and received amount of 13465 on my account number on the date mentioned today 12.09.2022 I paid an initial amount of 2500 in app it shows upi number to copy and pay in the app I done the payment but the amount was 19467.36 the amount was not reduced from the amount mentioned, kindly check the detail and revert me, i have attached the payment screenshots also for ur reference
