I had taken a loan from Tytocash app on Rs5100 disbursed amount was Rs3595 on
I paid through UPI Rs5709 on 19th September 2022. Tyto customer claimed it is gone in pending i need to pay again. I paid again Rs4677 on 26th September 2022 through UPI. TYTO cash people again claimed they have not received and it is still pending. Again they told me to deposit. This time I deposited Rs6065.09 direct to TYTO cash bank account provided by them at UCO Bank. They said on the phone the moment I deposit this amount I will get my previous UPI deposits backb in 10mins.
Now they are asking me to deposit Rs4677 again only then i will get refund and my account with Tyto cash will get updated.
I am stuck now. I already borrowed to pay all this, where will i get more. They informed me that if i dont make this deposit i wont be able to get anything back.
I dont know what to do and who to complain.
There is no control of these companies monitored by govt? What steps should i take to get out of this mess and get my money back and out of these scammers.
I have kept all recording on my phone with the customer service of TYTO cash people.
