HEREBY V GURURAJA S/O V GURUSWAMY RESIDENT MUDDANUR VILLAGE OF MUDDANUR MANDAL OF KADAPA DISTRICT. WOULD LIKE TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SHRIRAM FINANCE COMPANY AND ITS RECOVERY AGENT WHO HARRASSED US IN OFFICE PERMISSIOS AND RESPECT LESS WORKS THROUGH PHONE CALLAS ON 17/10/2023 AT MY OFFICE PERMISSIOS IN MY ABSENCE. GAVE THREAT CALLS TO ME IN FRONT OF PUBLIC.EVEN THOUGH DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS I PAID EMI EVERY MONTH FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS WITHOUT DELAY. I HAVE TAKEN THIS LOAN FOR A TWO WHEELER IN JANUARY MONTH FOR PULSER 150. DUE TO SOME INTERNAL ISSUES MY SALARY FOR THIS MONTH NOT CREDIT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. EMI SUPPOSED TO DEDUCT 5TH OF EVERY MONTH. I HAD some savings in my account and thought emi got deducted automatically. But the agent called and told that emi was not paid asked me to pay. I told him I will check ,y bank statement after visiting bank and will pay the same. But the agent messaged me without respect that no need to check pay emi immediately other wise we will take back your bike . And parlally he came to my workplace and asked me to pay emi in front of my office colleagues. Since I am working as an government servent this is felts as a shame in public. Even after my explanation he is doing overaction in phone calls and respect less words. Requesting dept persons please take an action against them to change their behaviour in society. Hope this will support us.
