I had recharged from Vodafone website 2 times, first on 14th and second on 17th, despite being succesfull recharge message, my mobile didn’t get recharged. Subsequently I have to rechrage it again from local vendor to keep my mobile no. activated.
Now even after multiple emails, Telephone conversation and sending them screenshot of my account transaction they are not doing anything and keep on asking to send my account statement downloaded from website. When I told them its password protected their personnel tell me to send the password too. WHAT…..
Even I had send them the transaction details in depth as my bank had sent me upon my request, they doesn’t seem to be agree with that and continue asking about statement.
It’s really disgusting of VICare….
