Hello ,

Due to some misunderstanding I have done 2 recharge scheme on my number and I have also called in customer care to deactivate one of my recharge scheme but they have denied of it.They told me that vodafone don’t have any refund policy.I don’t understand how such a big company could not provide such facility of refund in the case of mistaken recharge scheme.I have done one scheme of 498 and another of 399, I wanted to keep one of them only. Please help me with this.
