Text of Complaint by Akshit Gupta:

I have ordered 6 grocery products from Flipkart on 13 August 2022 (prepaid order), however out of 6 products only 4 products are delivered to me on 19 August 2022 (Snip attached taken at the time of receiving products). Two products i.e. one sunflower refined oil pouch and one California Almonds pouch were missing. I accepted the order with 4 products since delivery boy mentioned that it’s not an issue and it happens sometimes with other customer as well and you can raise the concern to help center and your issue will be resolved within no time. But till now I have almost spoken to 8-10 customer executives and told the whole scenario for which they have mentioned each time that the team will reach out to you for the problem you are facing and created incident each item, following are the incident numbers created till now:

Till now i have not received any mail or call for the above order from any of the flipkart team and all the above incidents were closed without resolving my problems mentioning the seller rejected the request since the order was delivered which is not even true.

My problem is still intact, neither i have received my products nor my amount got refunded.

On top of that when i opened my Flipkart app today then it is showing that my account has been blocked due to technical reasons.

Being such an old and faithful customer of Flipkart, really really disappointed by the services of Flipkart this time and almost more than a week now of being harassed by Flipkart.

Requesting the officials to please help in the case and please help in unblocking my account.
