i have unfortunately paid 2 payments against one order; i filed a complient ; i didnt get any proper respose ; many times i called customer service they are resonding like mail will be sent within 2days ; but i didnt receive any mail regarding that ; i have attached a payment screenshots with the complient ; complient id 374556
