Text of Complaint by H K Dutta:

Several attempts made to recharge thro’ ” Airtel Thanks ” but failed, then recharged through ” Amazon Pay “. But now the feedback shows twice recharged once on 1st attempt & then thro’ “Amazon Pay “.So either the money refund or queueing for next recharge must be done.
