Recharged 599 on 1st oct 2020, 855285…5, the recharge was successful but the plan is not yet activated. Called customer care,they said no request came ,talk to third party(googlepay)..googlepay told that their request was successful so only VI can help. again .Vodafone lost money.
Tried recharging again using netbank as the number is very important and they have blocked my incoming outgoing everything !!! Same shit happened on 12th oct 2020. Rs599 lost again. Same process was used to recharge an idea number which worked.
Clearly issue is with my number but no help. It is the shittiest telecommunications company in India and have the worst worst customer care service as well. No help no knowledge no support. Useless talking and telling them everything .
