I have purchased TV SONY Bravia 108 cm (43 inch) model name KD-43X74K (invoice no. FANK3K2400015290 date 11-10-2023 for Rs.32596/-) delivered on 13-10-2023 & installed on 14-10-2023 night but when I re-started TV VERTICAL LINE SEEN IN SCREEN same has been informed to Sony Service Engineer at Faizabad and shared photographs with video who told that it is manufacturing fault & may be returned from where purchased i.e. Flipkart.
When I tried to return in flipkart site, unable to process for return and same has been informed & discussed with flipkart customer care on 1800-103-7799 who told to repair from Sony. Then I discuss with Sony customer care but I not got satisfied response from Sony customer care and again discussed with flipkart to return faulty TV but not got satisfied response. In such way I am very badly disturbed.
Photographs and video taken on 15.10.2023 morning & invoice sent to flipkart & requested to return faulty TV.
