I have taken a extended warranty of tv repairs by Jeevas consumer services Pvt Ltd which ends in September 2022. I lodge a complaint to Jeevas consumer services Pvt Ltd on 21/08/21 and my complaint no is CLJFQ1082100019, but after lapse of 35 days I did not get any help or relief. In may2021 the same problem was with the tv and they repaired it two months on the name of lockdown due to covid-19. But Today there is no lockdown and their policy is only 30 days time for repair. I am not getting any help.they rufuse to provide any extention on the warranty in lieu of lapse period. Finally I am helpless.
