Hello ,

I’ve contacted OnePlus to book a repair service to get my TV repaired past 2 weeks ago. However my first repair request was closed by the first service engineer saying that the customer has not answered the call when i haven’t received any call at all.

The second time I’ve raised another request and that also has been closed by the second service engineer saying that the issue has been resolved and the service was completed when it is not at all. I haven’t received a call from them and not received the service.

After this exhibition, I’ve called customer care with irrigation and raised an escalation saying that need to get the service and my TV should be repaired and also the management should take an action on their service engineers who have closed the repair requests without any notice to me.

Even after raising an escalation also the bloody customer service haven’t given any update on the education after completion of the TAT of 24-48 hrs.

After this b grade actors circus also, I’ve called to the customer care with lots of patience and been informed to wait till the end of the day. Very disgusting and nonsense.

Please someone from OnePlus who are really have some concern on the customers and willing to resolve our issues , see this and understand my simple which the OnePlus customer care executives and the service engineers making complicative.

Please help me and provide the service before I die.
