I have purchased a tv of onida company on 21st march 1 day before the lockdown as kids will be at home as no schools.for installation they took 45 days 1st 30 days they have told me that lockdown effect ok understood but later they didn’t turned up sayin my place is a redzone which was false after calling again and again they have installed it. But the tv remote which was provided by them stopped working and without which we cannot operate . I have called ther customer care on 29/6/2020 for that they have told 48 hrs is the time to rectify. But its already 24 days still they haven’t solved it. After calling again and again to the customer service they gave me the no customer service manager Mr shoukath his no is+919136916661 on 13/7/20 i have called him he said with in two days they rectify but even after three days it wasn’t done. I called him again on 16 th he said parts are not there you can call my RM he may help you out i spoke to him on 9136916658 he told me he will arrange the parts and it will done on or before 20th july and again they failed.i called him on 21 st then onwards he is not picking calls instead he sent an sms he will get it done but without any date when i have sent him sms he is not replying to them also
Now kids are at home there are no schools and its very hard to keep them engage
Your Call (2006M396380229) has been successfully registered. This is the complaint no. We can understand delay in service because of covid 1 or 2 days but its almost one month and within 2 months of installation tv got problem. And they are not replying my calls. If you can’t take care of your customers please refund my amount and with compensation for hardship faced by family. And the mental tension which I am facing by calling you people again and again
