I have ordered TV from Flipkart and it was delivered..on 4 Aug 2023. it is a open box delivered and we have checked for damages and defects…however, at the front side of the TV another brand name is mentioned and inside of the TV its actual software is configured…..how it is possible..I request for replacement of the TV. However Flipkart do not return it…citing the reason that it’s a open box delivered….but I have noticed this during installation…..I want replacement and compensation from Flipkart due to this harassment
