Text of Complaint by SK Chand Basha:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have distv connection with VC no:02534900182 and my registered mobile number is 9550405158 and account holder name: SK Chand Basha.
My Dish TV has not been working since 13.07.2021 and I have contacted the Dish TV customer center. As per their advice I have raised ticket for technician visit to resolve the issue on 15.07.2021 and my ticket reference number is: 614261648.
Furthermore I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 10.07.2021 technician has visited to rectify the same issue and I have paid Rs. 200/- against service charge for which I was advised by Dish TV customer care center to pay the same. As per terms if the same issues repeated before 30 days of such payment, technician has to visit and rectify on free of cost. Unfortunately within 3 days the same issue repeated and I raised ticket for technician visit.
Now, since 15.07.2021 I have called many times to customer care service, but all my efforts have been in vain.
Now I would like to request for your intervention to resolve the issue and I hope you will look into this and resolve the issue.
Your immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated.
