I have bought TCL TV from Reliance Digital on Dec 2022 with 3 year warranty. We are staying out of India and when we came back we found our TV have no display and only sound is coing. We hardly use this tv for 2 month. I call reliance digital customer care and describe the issue but they they told me call TCL, so I call and log the complaint on 11th of April Complaint Number: In042024024098. Technical call me and ask for the video of the issue in the TV and bill, which I sent him. After that no reply form technician. I call TCL customer care again and they told me that someone attend my issue. When check online on TCL website that my complaint close by them without any resolution. So I call them again and ask why they close my request without any resolution. The customer representative didnt accept theat request is close and promise that someone will attend it. Then I received SMS from TCl with new complait number IN042024043934. By checking there review online I doubt that they will provide any resolution to my issue.
