Dear team
We have bought a Television in Flipkart and along with insurance in Jeeves .In the month of July the product was defective so we initiated the request for rectification .finally we come to know that defect is not rectified .so we initiated for Refund.After they pickup the product from our residence we come to know that we will get an refund for Rs.725/- .But the television cost is Rs.13999/- , while we enquiry we come to know we already utilized 2 services from insurance .Hence Rs.725 is the remaining balance as per the policy terms.And I request 70% of th refund as per policy with in 3 year manufacture defect also not able to repair the product and depreciation Rs. 4199 also deduction on my insurance also taken back the my product.
So Till now we didn’t accept the refund initiated from the Jeeves insurance refund.So requested for return back the product along with the spare parts which was already taken back by the service engineer.But in customer care they told us that we cant stop the refund which was already initiated from our side.
Its a quite loss for us.Hence requested to provide back the same Television which they taken from our residence I couldn’t able to purchase any rebusbied or new tv with this refund. If we sell the product on OLX something it will go for 5K +.
Need refund 70% or else repair the tv and return back to us
and if both are not done return back to us..
