Text of Complaint by Pratul Acharya:

I have ordered Motorola TV : Order no. – OD327971104342483100 .
TV delivered on 1st may and Installation was supposed to be done on 2nd May.
When I tried to reach the technician by calling him he just said hello every time and hung up the call and then the technician Istikhar Shaikh did not pick up my call throughout the day and then canceled the installation service on 3rd may.
When i tried reaching the customer care they told me that the installation would happen on 3rd may and then they said it was postponed to 5th may and then some executive named Mosina said it shifted to 6th may.
