Hi,
I received my ordered onePlus TV from Amazon on the 28th of September and as per their policies they have to do the installation process within 48 hours of the TV delivered time, but they haven’t initiated the installation process, so I had a conversation with Amazon customer care and they gave me the fake commitments like, they will install the product on Friday but not done, again I had a conversation with CC and they gave me commitment for installation process on Saturday at any cost but no response, again I contacted them so again they are asking me to wait till Monday EOD to do the process, but I haven’t received any update from them, Right now I am on call with customer care and again they are asking me to wait for more 48 hours. So Please take action on this.
