Dear sir,

I paid amount to Amazon on 11th may 2020. Tv got delivered on 15th may and after that i am still waiting for installation service. When I called to Amazon customer care they don’t provide any satisfactory answer and disconnected the call always. Du to the same me and my whole family is troubling. We have not peace of mind. Please help us Or we will go to consumer court. This is hight of patience. But its enough.

Request you to please either provide the service or refund the amount.
