Respected Sir,

From last 12 days i am continuously complain about this matter, but proper action has been not taken.

17.05.2021 : I requested Tata Sky team to Install Fire Stick and Net Connection

19.05.2021 : Person came to my home to install the Fire Stick. He handle the TV very roughly to install the Fire Stick. Before he start the process he off the TV and switched off all buttons and immediately used Sanitizer in HDMI Port as well in other port to clean the dust and TV slipped from his hand. Due to which TV operation has got stopped. He tried many ways by calling in his circle but he failed and went to home by saying that i will come tomorrow with technician to resolve the issue

20.05.2021 : I tried reaching his number but he never takes call then i complain in TATA Sky to look into this as your TATA Sky technician has damaged my TV

23.05.2021 : They came with the TV technician and he informed that TV Mother board has got damaged and after few days they they came and took my TV to resolve the Issue

29.05.2021 : The came up to my home by saying that TV has been repaired and installed in my wall. When they onn the TV, TV color was disappeared and horizontal line was appearing inĀ  TV. I informed that what you have repaired. He came with his friend in full plan and lied by saying that we will say to customer that this problem was earlier in TV.

But he failed to proof because i showed him that my TV was working in good condition. I showed one of my photo which i have clicked randomly with my child.

Again i called to customer care, service manager & other authority but all were very rude to resolve the issue and said that we do not have policy to repair or replace the TV.

But sir, if this people will handle other assets in very untidy and wrong way the TATA Sky has bear this cost, why we normal people should face this situation.

From last 12 days each day i am calling them but no of TATA Sky team is resolving this.

Hence, i hereby request you please help to resolve this issue as we are at home without TV
