I ordered pizza from pizzahut on swiggy .First the app show 46 minutes expected timing after sometime the time increase to 1 hour even after 1 hour the pizza don’t come. I call to pizza hut hut the pizza hut already ready within 15 minutes but swiggy delivery not available. When i call swiggy helpline the customer executive say we will charge cancelation charges even after 1 hour expected timing delivery . When i say i have call recording then also he say we still charge cancelation charges then i say i will case then he reverse charges.
