I’m on a family plan with 3 members included in this. I have visited store, I have spoken to several reps on call, I have also dropped emails to NODAL, but no one has helped me till now and Airtel is only minting money from me since the last 2 months. I moved to London in March and want to convert my 2 numbers to prepaid. MILLION TIMES I WAS ASKED TO PAY UNBILLED AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE DONE EVRYTIME AND I WAS INFORMED A REQUEST WILL BE TAKEN TO SEPARATE THE GROUP MEMBERS POST WHICH I CAN MIGRATE TO PREPAID.
I AM UNABLE TO SEPARATE THE MEMBERS FROM APP AS I KEEP GETTING ERROR WHICH I HAVE INFORMED REPS ON CALL AND ALSO TO NODAL TEAM, BUT THEY DONT SEEM TO BE INTERESTED IN HELPING ME OUT BUT ONLY WANT ME TO KEEP PAYING MONEY TO THEM FOR FREE
