Text of Complaint by Y Santosh Kumar:

Dear Vodafone,

This is Mr. Santosh i was using 9948872316 due to some reasons iam not using this No
4-5 months, couple of months ago i have received a deemed notice from your to pay
nearly Rs. 1200/- which was paid me later, in the same mail i have requested to deactivate
above said no as iam no more interested to continue as your customer, but the same was denied by you, as i have another bill of around Rs. 250/- this i have requested customercare
over phone to deactivate but, the result is same and i have served another bill which is total around Rs. 470/- and this time i have received phone call from your end as the said
no is under suspension and advised me to visit nearest vodofone center for the same. Hence
on 28.09.2018 i have visited a vodafone center (located at Uppal) the lady said i have to visit Secunderabad.

Here ican’t understand one thing when iam getting service with a single phone call/sms
like Activation of Ringtone, Conference call & changes of plans why ican’t deactivate
my above said phone no as per my wish.

Iam herewith sincerely requesting you once again to look into it and deactivate my mob no
which is unused since 4-5 months.
