During JIO fiber installation the Installation team had told that once your cancelling or returning the setups box you will get the security deposit back.
At that I had a discussion with them I am paying 1500 as security deposit if I am cancelling or returning back after one year I will get same amount back ? they told “YES”.
So after 2 months my connection is cancelled and the setup box is returned back to JIO installation guys.
Those guys told that your deposit amount will refund in 14 days but after 10- 13 days i got message from JIO that 500 as refund amount.
So i had a call with customer care 1800896999 the customer care guy was now telling after trail period u will get 500 only but during installation they didn’t inform this news at all.
SO I trusted them and i taken the connection but now they are taken my trust and amount
