Text of Complaint by Nitin Mendhe:

I ordered a Whirlpool 240 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from flipkart on 18th May 2022 and received a defective product(door alignment issue and with dents) on 20 May 2022 and i asked flipkart team for return request as i lost trust in the whirlpool brand but i was force and given assurance that the replacement product will be for sure be good and after some conversation i accepted there words and then i went for verifcation and replacement process and on 27th May 2022 i got the replaced product but guess what the new replaced refrigerator was also with the dents and when i ask flipkart team to connect my call to senior person to get clarity why this happened they disconnect my call for nearly 4-5 times. And its been nearly 15 days i have no refrigerator at my home all the house hold stuff are getting spoiled like milk vegis. There is no cold water to drink in this heat wave climate.
Who is responsible for this loss and truma

I being from middle class its big thing to buy such a product and it creates lots of negativity after this incident.
