Dear Sir/Ma’am
I am Subhas Garai, purchased a SAMSUNG 8 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with Inbuilt Heater Black, Grey from flipkart on 04-05-2024 and delivered on 10-05-2024 with order id is- OD331169029451409100, the product invoice is attached below for your reference. In the product the detergent tray is not locked properly. The installation team came on 11-05-2024 but they denied the responsibility of the machine and they told me that they are not doing anything and also told me to contact flipkart for return or exchange. I am called two times in flipkart and tell the problem they told me once the product deliverd they are not responsibility of the product only samsung solve the problem.
Then I am called Samsung they told me that you are not purchase from the samsung dealer so we are not responsible for the product, you contact only flipkart. Then I again called flipkart and they told me that the denied letter from the samsung technician is needed for exchange or return the product. Then again I am called Samsung and booked a technician visit on 12-05-2024. The technician (Dipankar Das) came on 13-05-2024 they totally denied all responsibility and told me that we are doing nothing for this product and not providing any type of denied letter , You only contact flipkart.

In the last 11 to 12 days I have totally faded up to call flipkart and samsung so many times and not solve a single issue with the product. the product neither been installed nor been returned/exchanged. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. It is very painful for me to buy a Samsung brand washing machine. The worst experience ever from flipkart and samsung. Return request accepted by flipkart but rejected without any communication with me. Samsung give me the denid letter and give all the responsibilities to flipkart.

I earnestly request you please take necessary steps to exchange the product and install it as soon as possible.
