am Shalini from Amazon India customer service. The leadership received your escalation email and I am responding on their behalf.

I realize this experience hasn’t been as positive as you’d hoped, but I hope you’ll consider this an isolated incident and give us another chance in the future.

This is in regards to your Amazon.in Order for 403-5496769-9997132 from Amazon end refund successfully issued on 26/09/21 and amount is 3500 and your bank also share refund reference no. with us that is Refund Reference # TRM559TG0000KTOSXH4X which is generate when your bank server received the refund , and confirmation email also send to you on “Tuesday 5 October 2021 at 10:49 AM (IST)”with subject line is ” Your Amazon.in Order Refund Reference Number” where it is clearly mention that is you not received the refund please contact the bank or fill charges dispute form.So kindly please contact your bank for further help.
