The Shirt Cart is completely a fraud site in which the owner sells the street shirt at a higher price to the customer while uploading the image with a filter thereby attacking the customer. Not only that, they have provided irrelevant contact details on a parcel so that the client can not reach out to them for the refund. Therefore, this type of site should be closed immediately, and also return all money to the customer.
