I have a company name hacksera. So i made business paytm account but they charged 1.99% and im unable to receive money always i rreceived that limit crossed even when limit is 50000 in a month i didnt even accept 1000 in my business account after that i called them so they are saying do half half payment then no charges will be deduct till then charges deduct. Even there is no mentioning over paytm about this. Then i called them so they said senior will call you and resolve your query. I did it thrice but still no response. Today someone made a payment to me so i called them that hold my payment you will charge extra money but i already raise a query for charges and about my company paytm name they said we cant hold it and we will arrange a call. Then what is the use of customer care if they didnt provide me correct solution and by giving useless solution to first do half payment and then half payment and all.
